According to Medi Response spokesperson Paul Herbst, the teacher was traveling in her vehicle when she was shot by two unknown suspects from the road.

“A short time ago, Medi Response responded to the Mtunzini area for reports of gunfire.

“Upon arrival, Medi Response paramedics found the lady had been struck by multiple bullets and were able to get to safety where she was met by advanced life support paramedics who treated the lady before transporting her to a private hospital for further treatment. further care.’

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on Thursday expressed his “deep and sincere condolences” for the death of Queen Elizabeth II in a statement addressed to the new King Charles III.

WATCH: Student whose phone was confiscated sets principal’s car on fire

A Grade 10 student at Northbury Park Secondary School in Northdale in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal allegedly set the car of an acting principal on fire for making a remark to him.

The acting principal reportedly reprimanded the student for bringing a phone to school and confiscated it.

Chaos erupted in Tembisa, Gauteng on Thursday – after several SAPS officers were shot dead by an armed gang. Up to 15 thieves were involved in the SASOL garage robbery and they opened fire indiscriminately as cops tried to foil their plans.

A driver found a man with traumatic amputations to both of his legs trying to crawl out of bushes on the side of the road for help after being hit by a car.

According to IPSS Medical Rescue, the injured man was involved in a hit-and-run involving an unknown vehicle on Wednesday.

“IPSS Medical Rescue received a call from a motorist traveling on a road on the outskirts of Stanger in KwaZulu-Natal about a seriously injured man who was trying to crawl out of the bushes on the side of the road.

“Upon arrival of IPSS Advanced Life Support paramedics it was determined that the male had been involved in a hit and run involving an unknown vehicle.”
