TTP ep. 353 with Olivier Aubin-Mercier, Stevie Ray and the PFL Championships

Interview with Olivier Aubin-Mercier (1:59)

Kicking off this edition of TTP is our interview with PFL Championships finalist, Olivier Aubin-Mersier. Aubin-Mersier talked about his decision to sign with the PFL in the first place and how grueling the season was for him both physically and mentally. With all of that in his rear view, he’s debating whether this might be it for him after this season, or if there’s time for another run. He also shares his thoughts on meeting a former training partner in the million dollar finale. He also reluctantly answers what he would do if he won the money.

Stevie Ray Interview (38:05)

Closing out this week’s edition of TTP is an interview with PFL Championships finalist and Aubin-Mercier opponent, Stevie Ray. Ray discusses his impending retirement and why he wasn’t as close to leaving as some people seem to think he was. He also discusses that he has been training with Olivier Aubin-Mercier and whether that will play a factor in how this all plays out. While no retirement is on the horizon for Ray, he also discusses whether he will have the strength to continue through another tough season in the PFL and whether or not winning the money will play a factor in that decision.
